Suspension training allows you to use your own body weight to create resistance, and many of the moves involve your torso, so it allows you to build amazing core strength. But don't think the workout regime takes time away from her twins, Max and Emme, 12 months. Having juggled multiple careers and business ventures in her life, the actress has everything "in check," Gunnar says, and would never prioritize something else over her children.
