Jennifer Lopez's latest film, El Cantante which was starred and produced by Lopez, has just been nominated for an ALMA Award. The nominations for the 2008 ALMA Awards, honoring Latino’s contribution to entertainment, were recently announced, and Jennifer's film is up for Outstanding Performance.MOTION PICTURE CATEGORIES

We wish her the best of luck with this nomination as it is well deserved. Other award shows overlooked her great performance, but maybe this will become the win to acknowledge it.
