Jennifer Lopez at American Idol Callback Auditions in Savannah, GA

Dozens of American Idol hopefuls are in Savannah this week for a shot at fame. The performers lined up along the Savannah Riverwalk early Wednesday morning for callback auditions.
Before they make it to Hollywood, the contestants need to show their stuff in front of the Idol judges. Hosts Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson arrived to much fanfare, playing to the cameras. Tourists gathered in the historic district hoping to get a glimpse of their favorite judge.
Meanwhile, the contestants prepared to wow the panel. Another judges round is set for Thursday morning, and FOX 5’s Kaitlyn Pratt will have a live update on Good Day Atlanta.
